BHAM Film Camp was designed to remove barriers to the film industry to bring in new voices and build new narratives for Birmingham!
Through a community effort, we provide kids with the tools, network, and confidence they need to explore filmmaking.
From grants to individual and business donations, Film Camp relies on the community's support to provide a transformative experience and make a lasting impact on high school students.

Help us buy the new gear that we need to run camp: from computers and hard drives to tripods and mics to pencils and notebooks.

Fuel the creativity! We provide our students and volunteers with a hot lunch, snacks, and coffee every day of camp.
Food & Drinks
Many of our students attend camp on a full or partial scholarship. One week at camp costs $300 per student.
Student Sponsorship
While 85% of our coaches’ time is volunteered, we have annual administrative fees to help our camp run smoothly: background checks for our volunteers, rental fees, insurance, website costs, etc.
